Evaluators are independent contractors, not employees of ShopSpective. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
Payment for completed evaluations is processed within 2 weeks. We offer payment via direct deposit or check. Evaluators are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Evaluators must maintain confidentiality regarding evaluation details, client information, and proprietary materials. Unauthorized disclosure of evaluation information is strictly prohibited.
Evaluators are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes:
ShopSpective reserves the right to terminate evaluator relationships at any time for violations of these terms, poor performance, or other business reasons.
ShopSpective may update these terms at any time. Continued participation as an evaluator constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
